No refunds, but if your Sun Pillow is damaged or defective on arrival we are happy to replace it at no cost, just send us a message!

Changed your mind about the color of your Sun Pillow? We can exchange it within 30 days of purchase for any in stock color provided it is in brand new condition. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Please message us to request an exchange.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

International shipping charges (all orders outside the U.S.) DO NOT INCLUDE the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note, Sunshine Dreaming LLC shall not be held liable for any interruption of shipping/delivery service (domestic and international) due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: incorrect or missing address information, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, customs, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and national disasters, etc.
